Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for a Solar Techs Inc. scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a current high school, vocational, or college student residing in Southwest Florida.
  • Have a demonstrated interest in environmental science, renewable energy, or low voltage electrical systems.
  • Be committed to pursuing a career or further education in these fields.
  • Demonstrate academic excellence or leadership in community service related to environmental sustainability or renewable energy.


 

How to Apply
To apply for a Solar Techs Inc. scholarship, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Online Application: Fill out our scholarship application form, which includes basic personal information and academic details.

  2. Submit an Essay: Write a 500- to 700-word essay on one of the following topics:

    • How renewable energy can shape the future of environmental conservation.
    • The role of solar energy in addressing climate change.
    • Why environmental science and electrical systems are essential to sustainable development.
  3. Provide Academic Transcripts: Upload your most recent transcripts as part of the application process.

  4. Submit Letters of Recommendation: Provide two letters of recommendation from teachers, mentors, or community leaders who can speak to your passion for renewable energy and environmental science.

  5. Optional: Submit a portfolio of any relevant projects you have worked on related to environmental science, renewable energy, or electrical systems (e.g., school projects, community service projects, or internships).
